ZBRUSH

Tea Cup

This teacup project began as a sculpting study in ZBrush for iPad and evolved into a complete exploration of texturing, simulation, and lighting. The cup was textured in Adobe Substance 3D Painter, while the tea, steam, and environment were created in Cinema 4D and rendered through an ACES color-managed workflow.

Tea Cup

This project began as a focused sculpting study in ZBrush for iPad and developed into a broader exploration of materials, simulation, lighting, and atmosphere. After modeling the teacup, I created the surface textures in Adobe Substance 3D Painter and built the surrounding environment in Cinema 4D.

To bring the scene to life, I used Cinema 4D’s liquid simulation tools to create the tea and its Pyro system to generate the rising steam. The final composition was completed with custom lighting, depth of field, and an ACES color-managed workflow, resulting in a polished still that combines sculpting, texturing, simulation, and rendering into a cohesive visual study.
